The AH70 is an advanced, practical, reliable, and high-precision fully automatic stud welding torch. It can be used with KӦCO or WINTURES welding power supplies to form a welding system, enabling the automatic welding of various studs. By changing some accessories, the AH70.2 can weld studs ranging from M3x6 to M10x40, including short-cycle, long-cycle, and various specialized welding studs. This welding torch uses a high-precision electromagnetic lifting device. When used with an external servo control system, the lifting height accuracy can reach ±0.05mm, allowing for precise control of welding energy. Thanks to the use of high-precision ball linear bearings and a high-precision motion axis, the welding torch itself achieves a positional accuracy of ±0.05mm.
