The AH75 fully electrically controlled short-cycle stud welding torch was developed and manufactured to achieve a more reliable stud welding process. In the AH75, a high-acceleration linear motor replaces the original electromagnetic lifting device and spring-loaded mechanism, achieving an ideal combination of position, speed, and output thrust. Users or professional equipment engineers can set corresponding motion curves via the controller according to different welding processes and operating conditions, thereby achieving an ideal match between the welding torch action and the welding power supply output.
Through deep collaboration with the welding power supply, our stud welding system covers all equipment quality factors in stud welding production, including welding current, arc voltage, torch lift-up curve, descent curve, relative and absolute position, and even weld appearance optimization parameters.
With external accessories, the AH75 can achieve gas-shielded stud welding and arc light shielding. This is an all-position welding torch that can perform vertical, horizontal, and overhead welding without worrying about the resulting weld quality variations.
The AH75 can provide users with professional configurations and capabilities that are at an internationally advanced level, whether in robotic workstations or automatic stud welding machines.
