The electrode grip of the nut welder is also called the electrode clamp, which is used to stabilize the spot welding electrode. In addition to transmitting welding current, electrode force and cooling water to the electrode, it can also adjust the relative position between the electrode and the weldment according to the grip. Each welding point of the weldment can be realized.
The structure of the electrode handle is more complicated than that of the electrode, and its basic forms are as follows:
