“RIP-Leak Proof Type” is a standard device for cooling water monitoring in the welding field, which can monitor the return water flow in real time, and when the return water flow is lower than the alarm value, the RIP outputs an alarm signal externally, which can be connected to a PLC or a robot. Unlike ordinaary RIP, this RIP uses self-developed patented technology to suck cooling water from the welding gun water circuit into the water tank during the cap changing process. Once the cap changing is completed, the cooling water in the water tank is pumped back into the welding gun water circuit to prevent water leakage during the cap changing process. The optional bus communication module makes the device signal network connection more convenient.
