DSI XX00iA is an industry-leading multi-functional stud welder, meeting the stringent requirements of users across various sectors for welding quality, efficiency, and operational stability—particularly for automotive industry clients.
Employing the latest IGBT inverter circuit design, this unit delivers a maximum operating current of 1800A. The pilot current can be flexibly adjusted according to site conditions, offering excellent current control precision and stable output with a regulation accuracy of 1A.
To achieve a more stable and controllable welding process, the 1800iA can be equipped with 1-5 motor-driven fully automatic, semi-automatic, or manual welding guns. Parameters for each gun can be configured via the handheld control panel, while the lifting and lowering motion curves for welding can be customised by the equipment manufacturer or user to suit different welding process requirements.
Thanks to more extensive welding parameter settings, welding spatter is controlled within a new, lower range.
